This site collects personal data only through the following interactions:

• Contact form: name, email address and message. This data is sent by email through the Resend service and is not stored in a database.
• Call booking: scheduling is handled by Cal.com, a third-party service that collects the information needed to book the call (name, email, chosen slot). See the Cal.com privacy policy.

• Answer your contact requests
• Schedule discovery calls

Legal basis

The processing of your data relies on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you fill in the contact form or book a slot.

Retention period

Contact form data is sent by email and is not kept beyond the handling of your request. Emails received are kept for as long as the business relationship requires, then deleted.

Data sharing

Your data is neither sold nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. The only processors involved are:

• Resend - transactional email delivery (United States, covered by the standard contractual clauses)
• Cal.com - appointment management
• Hostinger - website hosting (VPS)

Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising cookies. Cal.com may use functional cookies required for the booking module to work.
